Zesty Biscuit Bean Bake

       1  lb        lean ground beef
     1/4  cup       chopped onion (or 1 Tbl instant minced onion)
       1  envelope  Sloppy Joe seasoning mix (reserve 1 Tbl)
      31  oz        Pork and Beans
       3  Tbl       brown sugar
     1/2  cup       catsup
      10  oz        can Hungry Jack refrigerated big flaky biscuits
      10  cubes     1/2" cubes cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375.  In frying pan, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Add seasoning mix (reserving 1 Tbl.), beans, brown sugar, and catsup to
ground beef.  Heat until hot and bubbly.  Separate biscuit dough into ten
biscuits.  Place cheese cube in center of each biscuit.  Fold dough over
cheese, covering completely; seal well, shaping into balls.
Roll each biscuit in reserved seasoning mix and arrange biscuits over hot
meat mixture (in glass casserole).  Bake 20-25 minutes until biscuits are 
deep golden brown.
