Stilton Pâté

  Amount  Measure   Ingredient
--------  -------   --------------------------------
      1     lb      Stilton cheese, room temperature
      3     oz      cream cheese, room temperature
    1/2     cup     butter, room temperature
    1/2     cup     whipping cream
    1/3     cup     finely chopped gherkins
    1/3     cup     finely chopped capers

Combine all ingredients in large bowl or processor and mix
until light and creamy.  Mold and garnish with fresh parsley
or watercress.  Serve with crackers or toast.

1/2 of this recipe goes a long way.
