Snicker Doodles

  Amount  Measure   Ingredient
--------  -------   --------------------------------
       1  cup       shortening
   1 1/2  cup       sugar
       2            eggs, large
   2 3/4  cup       all purpose flour
       2  tsp       cream of tartar
       1  tsp       baking soda
       1  tsp       salt
     1/2  cup       sugar
       1  Tbl       cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350.

Cream sugar and shortening together, add eggs, flour, cream
of tartar, baking soda, and salt.

Form dough into about 1-inch balls and roll in mixture of 
sugar and cinnamon.

Bake 15 minutes at 350.
