Piccadillo

  1 1/2     lb      ground beef
      2             medium onions, diced
      2             green peppers, diced
      4     Tbl     olive oil
    1/2     tsp     Accent (optional)
    1/2     tsp     salt
    1/2     tsp     garlic powder
    1/4     tsp     paprika
    1/4     tsp     oregano
    1/4     tsp     pepper
    1/2     tsp     celery salt
     15     oz      can, tomato sauce
      2     Tbl     Worcestershire sauce
      1     jar     pimento stuffed olives (about 6 oz drained weight),
                    drained (reserve juice)
      1     jar     small capers (3 oz), drained
  4 1/2     oz      seedless raisins

Saute meat, onions, and green peppers in olive oil until
beef is brown.  Stir in seasonings, add Worcestershire and tomato
sauce.  Add remaining ingredients and cook for about 1 hour over low
heat, covered.

Serve over saffron rice.

Serves 8.
