Lemon Velvet Ice Cream


  Amount  Measure   Ingredient
--------  -------   --------------------------------
  1 1/2     cup     sugar
    1/2     cup     fresh lemon juice
      1     can     evaporated milk (6 oz)
      3     cup     milk

Dissolve sugar in lemon juice.  Gradually add evaporated
milk, beating constantly.  Add milk and mix.

Freeze in ice cream freezer.
