Egg Pancakes


  Amount  Measure   Ingredient
--------  -------   --------------------------------
      3             eggs, beaten
      2     Tbl     sugar
      2     cup     milk
    1/2     tsp     salt
      3     Tbl     melted butter
  1 1/2     cup     flour

Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.  Let mixture
stand in refrigerator for 1/2 to 1 hour.

Fry in frying pan over medium heat.  These are thin, but not as thin as
crepes.

Serve with lingen berries and sour cream or, my favorite, sprinkle them
with sugar and cinnamon and roll them up.
